Survival Skills for Administrative/Executive Assistants

Just as an army marches on its stomach, so a successful organization depends enormously on the efficient, organized abilities of its support staff. Often, however, Administrative Professionals find themselves frustrated and unable to cope with an unending torrent of tasks and conflicts. Though they are diligent, hard-working, and proud of their ability to accomplish their assignments, they end the day frustrated and demoralized.

This special session has been designed for Administrative Assistants to help them learn the art of balancing the needs of their managers and their company against the realities of time, workload and reality. It is intended to help develop a cooperative, realistic and productive atmosphere of work and support, so that the Assistant and his/her Manager achieve their separate and combined goals. All of our sessions are customized. The curriculum is based on pre-assessment and interviews held prior to training. The key subject offerings include:
