This highly interactive workshop is based upon "Getting To Yes", a popularized version of the Harvard Negotiating Project's principle-centred problem solving strategy.

Participants will use a series of diagnostic instruments and engage in various simulations that will help them understand how people make decisions and imbed problem solving strategies applicable to both professional and personal settings.
