All great societies, cultures, businesses and corporations have had powerful unifying visions for their members. These larger unifying visions have paralleled the spiritual journeys or vision quests of individuals.
This workshop assumes that workplaces which successfully nurture a common vision will also create room for members to integrate their personal sense of calling. The result is dynamic commitment to each other's mutual success.
This program also assumes that the outer conditions of a person's life, including workplace attitudes and productivity, tend to reflect their inner beliefs.
