Delivering
the Message without Getting Shot
Speaker: Brian Dalzell
Employees often have to deliver information to Management that may be perceived as negative. Whether they need to present one-on-one or to a group, it can be an intimidating meeting.
Effective communication has always been, and will continue to be, a critical skill in any job. Recognizing another person's communication preferences and modifying your style of delivery and content increases the likelihood you will be understood and your message accepted. This course has significantly improved individual and team communication skills and performance in many organizations.
Benefits:
Participants will be able to more effectively communicate with a broad range
of individuals in diverse business functions. There will be less conflict and
a much clearer understanding of what people are trying to communicate and why
they are doing it that way. Team work is enhanced and barriers to communication
are reduced or eliminated.
